What i think would make ESO infinitely better with a only a single easy to impliment thing would be....
Giving people who wear medium armour the ability to jump using some kind of cartwheel like ability such as Strider Hiryu

Or a standard backflip/somersault style move that many of the other "nightblade style" NPC already do in game.
It may be just me, but i would love either (or both!) of these things
