interesting - booted to the log in screen - Error message stated I hit the messaging limit after two chat messages

anyone else seeing this?

I really wish they would quit jacking with the servers the day before a patch - constant rollbacks

I've encountered this once myself. I did not even send a chat message within the last 30 minutes ironically.
