"Reduce stamina cost" and blocking

Question: is "reduce stamina cost of skills" enchant works for blocking as well? Or blocking cost can be altered only by "reduce block cost" enchantment?

Not working for sprinting, dodging and blocking. Because it's not a skills.

Wrong.. Reduce stamina cost of skills does effect dodge, dont know if it should, but it does.
