So it is more or less confirm that we will get Barber Shop which i look forward to  blow is link to

The Barber Shop is currently being worked on

My question is are the any plan for playerhouse i know it have been ask for early but i have not see that ZoS have confirm that the are working on i can be misstag about if so can someone link it here

When it come to playerhouse i would like to see that each race have there own architect style on house and if you are other race you can learn the other race architect style on house but if want to learn you have do very long questline for each race you want the style from.

And i would also love to see that plot you have your house on can be update which thing for example
  • Playerhouse (your own house but there you can craft clothes, provisioning, alchemy and enchanting)
  • Stable (where you can see all the mount you have)
  • Blacksmith (for carfting platearmor and weapon)
  • Hunting lodge (for carfting leatherarmor)
  • NPC house (where npc you hire or join your homestead well live in)
  • Wall (keep mobs out)
  • customize like Well, field, tree, stream (i think you guys get idea)
  • Bank house

Ofc all this house can also be upgrade themself as well and the change appearance when gain a new lvl and to get the resource upgrade is same resource we have today in game and ofc you need learn architect before you start working and that can be done by reading book you get as reward from a questline so you start build your own house the other book for other house and be found in world by read other book, found as drop on boss or by do questline to get them.

NPC can you other hire in City, village or towns but the will cost you each month gold to keep around but those you help in game if you save village or help npc found some the lost then you can ask them come live at your homestead by help you out take care of place.

Also you can other buy furniture for your house at special vendor in game or you carft yourself but the we change there appearance when house the are in have been upgrade.

You can also get quest from your homestead which is everything get resource or make weapon, armor for alliances your part of, various guilds like the mages guild, the fighters guild, and the undaunted and ofc the thieves guild and dark brotherhood when those 2 come and all this quest are solo and you can get if you are lucky item you can add to house or you just gold.

NPC can also help out at homestead by upgrade builds as long as the are enough resource to complete building otherwise the stop and stay unfinished until the you been out get new resource and will plant tree or in field or dig a well or fix stream if you tell them do that.

And the thing that is plant in field can be sell to vendor in City, town or village so you get some money from the hard work NPC are doing

This just few idea i would like share with you guys and i would also see them in game or similar thing for i have play many mmogame where the playerhouse is just boring place you place thing in but you basically dont have much use of playerhouse when you have complete and worst i have see was in Age of Conan after you complete guild village the was not use of it the idea was good but poorly inplant.

I would assume that after console launch a little time will pass and they will launch a few new packs (imperial city, clockwork city) then they will add the barber shop to charge crowns for a hair cut. Once they made their money on those I would expect them to work on player housing because they can make bank on crown shop sales for tables, chairs rugs ect... So in 2016?

sounds like you want in world houses and not just instanced housing, I doubt they'd want to add that unless it's guild housing

Personally I think it would make more sense to have small apartments for players, and bigger homestead stuff for guilds.

What I'd want for my characters is a small apartment, like some of the houses we know from our , uhm, uninvited visits, with several options available throughout a players home fraction zone - with varying sizes and costs, so people could pay for a little house in Mournhold... or an single room apartment in Riften for less cost...
The important thing is customization, bringing in your own furniture, either craftted or bought or unlocked per achievement, hang the walls with bookshelves, tropies, paintings or whatever, and generally make what you imagine your character would feel at home in.
That would suffice for player homes, and not be too overboard. Crafting stations or horse stables in player homes are a waste of server resources... go out the darn door and take the ten steps towards them in town.

Guildhalls on the other hand... those are a different story, and could well fit the "homestead" theme, with a upgradable walled compound, amienities like bank access or crafting stations, stables, a courtyard and decorations on larger scale... possibly even stuff like a chicken farm that drops some meat for provisioning into the guild bank on a regular basis (yes, once upon a time I did play too much dungeon keeper, and I don't regret any second of it), or a herb garden that spawns one lush herb of random type every 30 minutes or stuff like that...

Of course, at this point this all is mere speculation, they have more then enough things that are way more importent to work on. But maybe next year housing could be coming...

No i dont want guild housing then i would gave idea of village then are basically 5 - 6 house in my suggest the 6th house can be room in main house (your) and if you think that 5 house is guild housing then you are very much mistaking and guild housing is alot more house and each member would have there own house in that village.

Not for years yet I think.
Although it either should have been in at launch or soon after, it is kind of an important element not only in an Elder Scroll game, but for MMOs in general now, as it gives something else to do for players as they level or once they reach max level.

It might come sooner then people think if they can sell 100s of items in the crown store to make your house look and function good... I can see it now:

    Housing DLC: 20,000 crowns
    In House Blacksmith 3000 crowns
    Chair 500 crowns
    Wall paper 300 crowns
    Housecarl 50 crowns a day

I think this is probably the correct answer. That said, if they were to add it in as a crafting profession on the side, it would be adding a valuable time sink to the game keeping people even more invested. Adding ways to circumvent the time sink, such as purchasable housing and housing items rather than having to craft them would create huge revenue for the game.

In my suggestion (http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/145287/another-housing-suggestion-a-3-phase-release-plan) I suggest there be a skill line associated with home creation. I need to revisit and revise my ideas because of the crown store but pretty much I think ZOS should give players the ability to craft items like beds, dressers, wardrobes, etc... and add Motifs in game and sell them in the crown store. They could also sell all craftable items in the crown store as well as additional non-craftable items, such as dress-able mannequins and wall-plaques for weapons.

Another thought is to have the house have "equipable " features such as slots for Pets, home-bound NPCs (spouse?), and additional keys to give to other players all which are sold in the crown store.

They have stated it is something that they would like to do, which more than likely means they will start looking into it after console release, then be back-burnered for a while.

I like the idea, but when will it be implemented? Probably when pigs fly.

The day every male orc looks good in a wedding dress sadly ...

I'd really really like housing and I think it would do the game a world of good in terms of keeping players in the game even when they get a bit fed up of questing or content is otherwise thin.

I just don't think they have the capacity to do it - they just don't have the boots on the ground to let this game live and develop and prosper as it should do.

The last few games I have played where player housing was introduced were a bit of a let down, almost as if they just added something to tick a box and then forgot about it. I can live without it in ESO.

    I hope never,
player housing is a completely ridiculous idea that wastes valuable coder time and resources.
it adds nothing to the MMO experience and breaks the social interaction even more.

    ( guildhalls != player housing)
