Mine update automatically when I open the program, btw. It is a setting.
The problem is that the console players can't use Minion.
Console players can't use addons either, so they don't need an addon interface. The problem is that the console players can't use Minion.

Thats an awesome thing for me cus i love playing The Elder Scrolls games on consoles better. I dont like mods/addons just pure authentic what Bethesda gives!!

I'm sure they would do it, if it was allowed. Consoles never have user made addons because Sony/Microsoft/Nintendo don't allow it.
That's great, but it doesn't make consoles awesome beyond the usual advantages: no technical hassle, playing from the couch etc. Console versions of TES gamse have no gameplay advantage over the PC version, in fact, they're clearly inferior. Little Big planet? Project Spark? It's up to the devs.
I'm pretty sure portal 2 allowed for pc mods to be ran on ps3 and 360.

LBP is owned by Sony and Project Spark by Microsoft. Also both of those games are built around that experience and have a ingame editor using already existing assets. Very different from an actual mod which might have new code and textures etc.
