Would you pay extra for a lag free Cyrodiil Campaign?

I think it would ruin the basic idea of this game but I wanted to hear people's opinions about this.Now that the Crown Store is here, would you pay crowns for a lag free Cyrodiil?

Putting aside the issue that if it was as easy as throwing some money at it, we would likely already have a lag-free Cyrodiil, I wouldn't pay extra for a campaign that was lag-free even if that was a possibility. I've got a couple of reasons for that.

First, I don't really PVP (although I was doing a couple of PVE quests in Cyrodiil earlier today, and when I was done I did have fun hiding outside a keep and ganking a few enemy players as they left - my only real goal was to get killed for the free teleport on res, but I did manage to kill 4 enemies before I got killed, and I actually did kind of enjoy it).

Second, even if I did PVP I feel like the idea of paying extra for your game to actually work properly is insulting. Paying extra for additional content, or cosmetics, and such I'm OK with. Paying extra for what is essentially a bug fix, I'm not.

Its not just cryo but pve side as well all over and its been getting worse with each update.

Number one problem all over the forums is related to insane lag atm.

I don't PvP, but lag-free isn't supposed to be a feature one can pay for. It -should- be part of the core design.

I feel like the lag experience has been getting better in all honesty. But it's still not good enough and it's not something that should be a premium feature.

No need to pay anything; its been a year and the coders simply cannot actually fix the lag issue. The concept of the 'megaserver' is a joke, as its not really a single server, due to phasing. Its many servers in layers and the players have the ability to move between layers, giving us the illusion its one big happy server. The reality is that cryodil is not layered and their poor code simply cannot handle that many players on a single server chunk at one time, hence the lag. You can make as many polls as you like, but no amount of money can cure inept coding.

Now THIS is a ridiculous poll...

The only time I get the so called lag is when a campaign is pop locked for all factions... When that happens, I go to a less populated campaign... I suggest others do the same. Recently, even with a lot of 'havoc' and chaos in battles, things have been running really good as of late...

Now if only the mount dismount bug would go away...

I would, yes. And I'll even go one more step and say I would pay 12 USD/month for a subscription only server as well.

That being said. I have very little lag in Cyro. Sure, some lag when there are big battles but that's it.

No, because that would mean they knew how to fix it and were choosing not to in order to extort more money from players.

I might do some research on the legality of deliberately breaking something in order to charge more to then fix it.

I still pay a sub (god only knows why at this point). Why in the holy *** would I pay even more for something that should be implied? Ive been playing since release. Fix the *** game for *** sake! If i go out for coffee and there is *** in the coffee. Well then I am not a happy costumer am I?

a subscriber only campaign is not a horrible idea.

but only if that campaign is specifically as a result of the subscription we already have, not something you have to pay an additional separate cost.

If it meant that they actually start banning cheats and exploits, I would be down with it. Tired of seeing the proven cheats still exist after reports made over six months back.
