Repair after every patch STILL

I know there are threads about this, but nothing that actually solves the issue for me. Why on earth has this not been fixed? This was happening back in beta for crying out loud. Every time there is a patch, it comes up with one error or another and I am forced to do a repair in order to play. EVERY TIME. Any chance this is ever actually going to get fixed? I am currently a newly paying customer, but I don't have the chance to play that often, and every time I do there has been a patch and I have to effing repair again, so I get to wait half an hour to actually play. It's just not acceptable. I guess being a free player might suit me better for now...or maybe just playing something else instead of this waiting... Any devs care to comment on whether anyone even cares about this issue? It would greatly impress upon my motivation to renew my paid subscription...or not renew, next week.

You are not forced to do a repair, just close the launcher and re-open it (a couple of times if necessary) and you should get the "play" button. Alternatively, once you have patched the game on maintenance day then you can run it from the eso.exe file in the game folder rather than using the launcher.

The false manifest error report with the "repair" button that appears after patching usually goes away after a couple of days.

As a returning beta-player this "repair"- Button appeared two times in the last two days on my PC. It is irritating and makes (at least to me) an impression of unstable, buggy software.

But I did not press the repair button, I remebered how it was often in the beta, and I just rebooted my PC and then I could start the game again without repair.

This is exactly what I do and it helped me since then.
