Fatal error 11 when trying to start the game, error 1032 when trying to repair

Hello,

I've been having this issue for a few days and i haven't been able to find a solution.
Like the title says, i get fatal error 11 when trying to open up the game from the launcher and error 1032 when trying to repair.

The error 11 is normally solved by using the Repair option on the launcher. Sorry to see that you can't perform one.

You can also check if all the updates are correctly installed :

- Manually update your launcher. Details on how to do this can be found here.

- If the above step do not resolve your issue, please try the following:

• Open the game installation directory “Zenimax Online” 
• Open the folder named “Launcher”
• Inside the “Launcher” folder, there is a folder named “ProgramData”
• Delete the “ProgramData” folder
• Open the launcher and download update
• Click “Play”

Concerning the 1032 error, you can try those following steps:

Please go to My Documents/The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited/Live and look for the UserSettings.txt file. Then perform the following steps:

• Open UserSettings.txt with Notepad
• Press Ctrl + F and search for RequestedNumThreads
• This brings you to the line SET RequestedNumThreads "X" (with a number instead of X)
• Change that number to 0 (zero, not the letter "O")
• Save and close the document
• Restart the launcher and try to launch the game
