Not getting any elightenment.. what to do?

i just reach 50 three days ago, very excited to learn the champion system.. however the enlightenment system never work for me.. am currently v1 at 710k exp i have only one champion point and 310k/400k sitting in the bar.
i log on to every character or mine, is there anything else i can do? thanks
