The ultimate for vampires should be the vampire lord form similar tor werewolves. Have an entirely new ability bar while in that form. It should be a quested ability to allow for the vampire lord form. The form should of course have a claw attack, bite attack, summon bats, and teleport.

It would be cool. There definitely seems to be a connection between Gargoyles and Vampires in the TES series after Skyrim and ESO. As long as its not unbalanced it would be neat. If I had designed it, the bat swarm ability would have been based off of magicka pool, and balanced as compared to similar nightblade abilities.

All that being said, I'd much rather see them add Guild Housing, and continue to develop crafting in interesting ways. How cool would it be if we could farm our own materials, build our own tamriel based industry, etc.
