Am I bugged with alchemy? Can't make vet5 potions

My main is 50 everything but alchemy and enchanting (36 and plodding along). I have an alchemist character who is level 50 alch but only character level 19.

I have allocated all points in alchemy to make max potions (6/6) She used to be able to make vet 5 cloud mist potions, but I no longer see that as a valid solvent even with 200 plus cloud mist in her inventory plus some in the bank. Did they sneak through a minimum character level to craft max level potions or is it just a bug?

    Character level should have nothing to do with this. So, as long as the Solvent Points are allocated, then you should be able to make VR Potions.
    Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

    The points are at 6/6 and it says I can make vet5 potions, but I don't see cloud mist as a usable solvent.

    I will bug it I guess.
