Eso Error 1032 [fixed??]

ESO keeps breaking upon updating it with a new patch forcing me to reinstall every update after 1.6 makes my laptop read error 1032 there is another process which uses eso but NOTHING is being used and nothing appears in the task manager apart from the launcher

After doing a couple resets and repairs the game works again but this happens with every update even after a complete delete of the system files and a reinstall

I really don't understand how ZOS keeps having problems with the launcher system before this last patch yesterday my game was running just fine. Now I keep getting this 1032 error mesage telling me that there is another instance of the game running but when i check all processes the only thing running is the launcher. I have uninstalled the game ( something i should not have to do!) yet still i have the same problem i have checked all drivers for updates this is not my PC this is lazy or just plain inept programming on ZOS's part. I'm so frustrated at this point!

ok after multiple PC restarts trying to get the launcher to work i have noticed in the lower left hand corner of the launcher that even though the game says "play" there is still 4.66mb left to DL so i closed the launcher and restarted and the DL lowered to 2.66 so tried again and it went back up to 4.66 checked on my husbands PC and he doesnt have any DL in his lower left corner of his launcher and he can play the game just fine. So is the launcher having trouble installing the download ?

I believe so, there Isn't anything actually wrong with the game it's the launcher struggling to identify the game files etc, I don't get why the launcher continues to behave the way it does

Some players have reported success with using the following to resolve this error. To fix this error, please bring up your machine's Task Manager (ctrl+alt+del) and ensure that any and all processes relating to The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited are ended. Do this before you run the launcher. Take special care to end a process named "ZoCrashReporter", as this is the most likely offender preventing you from successfully repairing the client or reinstalling your launcher.

If you ended all associated tasks, and then tried repairing the client or reinstalling the launcher, you should be able to proceed. If you still experience this error, please be sure to contact customer support!

Yeah thank you I did this with the recent patch after reinstalling a few times and it worked, previously however even after doing this (before the fresh install) it would bring the same error so I think a fresh install plus a repair, plus ending tasks in task manager THEN another repair solved my problem
