10% minor beserk at lvl 4. 15% stamina regen at lvl 4. Above all though, make it last 26 seconds. 20 seconds is silly. Especially when having to hit 7 times. Even LA weaving it's almost pointless and of course no one is going to just do 7 straight light attacks just for assassins will. You would lose a huge amount of DPS in that time. I know I am not the only one unhappy with the change to the skill. Perhaps ZoS can give it some lovin'.

    • Make it a Toggle.
    • Increase the damage done to 10% and make certain it stacks with the 8% from Combat Prayer.
    • Drop Assassin's Will entirely, it's still too clunky and even 7 attacks is stupid in the time allotted.
    • Keep the Stamina Regen as is.

    Then...
    • Leave Merciless Resolve as is, that way Players still have the choice of Clunky-McClunk non-Toggled Assassin's Will if they choose to.

Toggled would be cool for sure.

NB mages desperately need every help for DPS. I would change the Clunky-McClunk to
    - enable Assassin's Will after seven attacks including abilities and min seven seconds.
    - pressing Clunky then releases the spectral arrow AND restarts next McClunk cycle.

Simplest fix would be to give it the ability to proc after any attack but ramp up the damage per attack. So at 1 attack you'd get maybe a 500 damage one and so on.

All decent ideas and all better than what ZoS apparently can think of.
