Mail and guild bank access

I know were beating a dead horse here. But after a year now Zen how come there is still problems in getting your mail, and accessing the guild banks? Be nice if we could get some type of update, rather than just ignoring it Zen.
I have to log out and then back in if I want my mail right away, sometimes I don't get it at all until I do this.
Having to play, click on the various guild banks until the one you want decides to load.
Getting old..
