DownloadError_NotEnoughSpace

Downloading today's patch, I received "DownloadError_NotEnoughSpace" and am not in the process of repairing. I'm not sure this will resolve the issue, and it looks like it's going to be a lengthy repair. So I was curious what to do.

I have 1.7TB remaining my my HDD and I have 65.1GB on my SSD. I have the game actually on my HDD. I have a 250GB bandwidth limit per month, so uninstalling the game and re-installing isn't an option I want to explore unless absolutely needed. But I have MORE than enough space for today's patch.

Any tips would be appreciated.

That should read "and am now in the process of repairing." For some reason I cannot edit my post.

Looks like repairing the issue twice fixed it. The first time resulted in the same error. The second just was a very slow download which seems to make things a-okay.

I haven't approached hard drive storage limits for quite a while. But I know back in the days of Windows 98, when storage was an issue--once you got close to that last 10 percent of your hard drive things would get a little wonky. Keeping that in mind, Windows does reserve space for things such as the Recycle Bin and paging files. Perhaps adding another hard drive to your system will do the trick?

Edit: I imagine you have your operating system on the SSD. Perhaps try making a copy of your game on the SSD (this should mildly boost loading times as well), unless you don't want the extra traffic or wear and tear on the component itself.

    Best of luck, Sir!

Usually found in Tech Support somewhere.

Well, I have 1.7TB available on my HDD, so it's a little boggling to get the error. The SSD loading times were almost identical to the HDD when I originally installed it there, so I opted to put it where I have the bulk of my space. It had to be some other issue, because repairing it solved the issue.
