limited flight\levitate spells\craftable gliders

pretty much the title, just intrested to see why everyone would hate the idea of limited flight travel.
not talking flying mounts, which i would enjoy but not even gonna cart that deadhorse in to be beaten.
i think it could be alot of fun to jump off a cliff and bust out a hang glider for 30 seconds to maybe 3mins. give it a 5-15min cool down.
id love to see it in pvp could be a high risk vs reward tactic, dive bombing into a keep in middle of a siege? sure it would need lots of balancing and prolly an anti air siege weapon. but could be fun either way. id love the option even if it was PVE only. just being able to glide accross part of craglorn would be awesome!
also it doesnt have to be a glider could be a spell since levitate magic used to be thing in past ES games.
could make the gldiers easy for everyone to have or make them crafted items that require some materials and effort so there not over used. anyways just intrested in thoughts on the subject.

derpsticks✭✭✭✭I'm not really that interested. I would like to be able to stand on certain roofs without sliding off though.
Anything that allows a player to fly for a bit would create more problems that they don't have time to fix.1 -

sure but in the last eso live when askked about flying mounts, they said they arnt woring on it currently but "never say never"..... before all i had ever ehard was no flying in eso no dragons ect... now its never say never?....
id rather have gliders then flying mounts , but ill take any flying lol.
