Console Second Screen Within ESO?

Has anyone heard of any rumblings about using the Vita/second screen in the PS4 version or the Smartglass function in the XBox One versions of ESO? I would love to use a second screen as a map or journal.

    Unfortunately, neither have once been mentioned by any dev. Not confirmed, but not deconfirmed yet either. Highly unlikely though, as that is a feature they'd probably make a huge spectacle of.
    I'd absolutely love such a feature though, expecially a map.
