Linking PSN account to my PC account

I do hope this is in the correct forum category. Forgive me, if not...

I own 'ESO: Imperial Edition' for my PC and I have just purchased the pre-order digital download offer, for £12.99, for my PS4 - having signed up for this when it was announced, some months ago - and I have a question:

* How do I link my PSN account with my ESO account?

Or, is this information/option given to us closer to the console release date or, when it is finally released?

In answer to your first question: yes, I live in the UK.

Secondly, I have a 12 month subscription on my PSN account which is recurring and currently up to date.

I have already made the £12.99 purchase for the download, having received the offer via email.

Sound like you have everything in place.
Linking the PSN account will open up between now and the 9 May 2015, they will send you an e-mail when you can link the two

Where you link it...
Go to your account on the top left of this page (web version not mobile) and log-in. Go to Account Linking and when it opens I assume that is where we'd input a Xbox or psn name (plus whatever other instructions ZOS gives)
