Vampirism and You

I had put in a support ticket and bug report on this topic a long time ago and it STILL hasn't been resolved. If your character has body paint textures then those paints get paler and become white as you increase in the vampirism stages. This effect should only affect your skin tone, not your body markings, and the fact that this is still an issue is completely beyond comprehension!

Greetings hidden,

In order to assist you properly, we are escalating your concern for more specialized investigation. We are working hard to make sure you are completely satisfied with your experience, and we are not passing your concern off where it will be lost in the void of a Daedric portal.

We do ask that you let us know when your issue has been resolved, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Greetings hidden!

I'm sorry to hear about this bug you are experiencing, this seems to be happening to all vampires as well. But this should definitely not be happening, after all it is only your skin that goes pale not the paint on your skin. At this time though there isn't anything I can do to help rectify the problem. But I can help get the ball moving so that this bug gets identified and so people start working on fixing it.

No follow up happened after submitting this both to customer support and as a bug in the /bug system. No excuse for this, @ZoS!

Are you REALLY that upset about this error or are you just bragging you found one?

Because this only affects aesthetics. Sure, it is a bug and it has to be fixed - but there are much more impossible things to get done. Neither is it a game-breaking bug, nor does it give advantage for anyone.
Sure it's not like it has to be, but apart from bleached tattoos, there is nothing with it.

So "no excuse for this" is just exaggurated.

to your point Trollwut... apparently a lot of things needing to be fixed are impossible for ZO/ESO

I agree it would be nice if they were darker, but the indignation over something so trivial is comical.
