question about scaling

help me understand.if i pass lvl50 and start second faction zones,i realize all zones there are scaled to my lvl.
so if i walk there and meet this wolf ,for example, which is scaled to my lvl, and another playes that is lets say lvl20 from that original zone passes by, what will
happen ? will i have difficult time killing that animal, while that other guy who originated from that zone will have easier time?
or maybe he'll not see that animal at all cause it's different instance?

Any character that is not vet 1 will not be able to access vet 1 zones, so that answers the latter part of your post. I also want to emphasize, you will only encounter people from your own faction. Therefore , veteran 1 zone will be veteran 1 players and over in your faction.

The second faction zones will be from vet 1 to vet 5 (5 zones, 1 veteran rank each zone) and third faction zones is roughly vet 6 to 10 (again 5 zones, 1 veteran rank each zone).

Past level 50, when you go into your second faction, mobs are levelled to the zones - your VR1 zone will contain VR1 mobs, regardless of your actual level (if you go back when you're a higher VR then they will still be VR1). Each zone increases VR level by 1.

A player in the same zone, but as part of their starting faction, will be in a different phase. In the same way that when you complete a zone, clear out the baddies, solve the problems, then that zone is fixed for you but for someone else it will still require fixing...

what do u mean? cause the zones i refer to are the regular ones, each faction has 5, so if i start the second faction and lets say i'm in the first zone there which for the original players there is their starter zone, they will not see me ? i will not see them ?

That is correct. When you are in the five "Cadwell's Silver" zones, you will only see players from your alliance who are also doing Cadwell's Silver. You will not see any players who chose that alliance in character creation, nor any players from the third alliance who will be questing in those zones as "Cadwell's Gold". Every zone (except Cyrodiil) has three separate alliance-based versions.

Well, you can certainly see the other races. Lot's of people pre-ordered the game and got the "any race, any alliance" bonus. They are just not going to be players from the other factions.

Also, it's perfectly possible to start Caldwell's Silver before you get to V1. The quest is available immediately after you defeat Molag Bal, and I think that option unlocks at level 45. I have seen level 47+ players in the V1 zones.

Yes, basically. Although as AlnilamE said, you'll see the other races if someone has the "Any Race, Any Alliance" upgrade. But not any players from other factions.

There are a load of us though who think you should be able to see players of the other factions in the "Neutral" content zones, such as Coldharbour and Craglorn, where the quests are not based on any faction allegiance. Have a look around for threads on Cross-Faction PvE if you're interested.

It's simple each alliance has their own version of each zone except for Cyrodiil, which they all share.
