Melee sorc dps test feedback?

i been using a Melee dual wield stamina sorcerer running surge and bound armaments and i was in craglorn with ftc testing my dps on groups and single enemies so far with the new 1.6 stats i have no idea of this is good or bad dps or hellish bad dps...
this is my aoe dmg using surge + steel tornado 18,669 dmg
