So, I use a G13 gameboard and one of the buttons stopped working. I contacted support and they are in the process of sending me a gameboard but before they got to that they had me download their newest game software. I like the software they have for customizing and binding keys but the newest version is apparently bugged. After downloading it, the bound keys are no longer recognized by anything; not notepad, not ESO, not nothing. The software works and the gameboard works (minus the broken key) but the driver or enumerator or something is bad as far as I can tell. I have read through their forums and a few people have this problem particularly on W7 64. I tried going back to the software that was working but it won't work now either and my only option so far is to use their out dated game software called Game Panel which actually consists of 2 or 3 separate programs rather than one. WHile it does work for now until the new arrives 1) I really dislike having to use old software and drivers on something new and 2) I wonder if when I get the new one if I'll be able to use at least the newer software though not the bugged obviously.
It's extremely frustrating when customer support hinders rather than helps.
