I'm on the AD side and notice when some familiar EP & DC names from thornblade come to chill or haderus, lag follows. I don't believe it to be them though, just the bad elements following the larger group. I do encorage alliances to police their own people if you see them doing something suspect. It's war but don't shelter folks that would hurt the stability of the game, I sure as hell won't.
