Guild crossover?????

zackmcgee91ub17_ESO
I was wondering if I attempt to make a Guild this upcoming weekend (Welcome back weekend Apr 16th-20th), will the guild be linked to my account? I preordered the game on Xbox One, so If I make the guild this weekend on PC, will i still have control over the guild on Xbox One?

You will not. Your PC character will still be the guild leader of that guild, but the guild will not be transferred over to console. therefore, once the transfer completes, your console character will be just that, minus your assocation with any guild. However, you can still pop over to PC, to see how your guild is going.

You should be able to. But whatever guild you create in console will be independent from the guild in PC

    So the copies excludes
    CROWNS on your account
GUILD and its linked guild bank
    PVP rank

When they copy your account, its makes a NEW account with no crowns or linked guilds.
Once you create a NEW guild on the new console account, you can do what ever you want with it on all your toons on the new console account. But there is no link between the PC and console

That doesn't make sense, it should be linked by account. Meaning, if I create a guild with one character I should be able to control that guild with any character I have linked to my account.

I understand that PC and consoles will have different mega servers, that's the only reason why I couldn't have control from PC to console but the account is still there.

Are you saying that if I create a guild (on console) with one character I can't control that guild if I switch characters?

You can. I am a GM of a guild and no matter what character I log on I can control the guild from that character as ESO is largely account-based, not character-based. If you make a guild with Character A on PC you can administrate it from Character B, Character C all the way to Character Z, makes no difference. The same applies for console, if you make a guild with Character A then Character B through Z can administrate it. The only restriction is no guilds work cross-platform.

The exception is cross-platform. Guilds on PC will NOT transfer to Console, no matter what. Neither do Crowns associated with your account OR your Alliance Rank. If you copy your characters to console they will be as they are on PC minus these things.

A guild you own on PC will not be controllable from Xbox One, instead you will need to re-found that guild on console and re-invite all your members that transfer to console with you. The guilds are totally separate as there is no crossplay between platforms.

PC character created a guild called PC tamriel.
    PC character transfer to console.
There's two copies now - PC character and console character . Progress from here on will be independent of each other.
Console character create a guild called console tamriel.

Now you have each copy of your character controlling independent guilds.

    That sucks So much...

Okay, I think I understand thank. Thank you guys.

Just another thing thought, for outside-game communication for guilds, is there an official ESO mobile app??? The Destiny app is fantastic for communicating and planing with a clan. I know there is one called Banter, but that's only voice.
