Well either your pc is possessed haha or, and I would personally do this, redownload fresh graphics drivers, and repair game install, just in case anyways, and try it then.
Its not the classical artifacts across the screen, which are normally signs of overheating and a gfx card/psu working on dying.
Just looks like display problems, from a corrupted gfx driver, so try that out, and get back and let us know please., hope that helps.

folklore✭✭My desktop isn't the best, but I was thinking it was more of an issue related through drivers and other computer stuff.
Doing a repair right now. Did a fresh installation, updated drivers, and seeing what I can make of it.
I can run around everywhere else all fine and happy. We'll see what happens!

It was just a little bug in the game. Will definitely post more bugs in the near future if I find them.
