Music in Cyrodiil

I was thinking while watching some Dragon encounters in Skyrim, that it would be so awesome and exhilerating if during large scale keep sieges in Cyrodiil, really intense battle music would begin to play. This could really make the war feel a lot more epic.

If music was awesome and diverse in all other Elder Scrolls games, you can't possibly say that for Elder Scrolls Online. The world is much larger and much more different from the world in other games of the franchise, but has a music that is just painfully average.

Sometimes it is able to catch the atmosphere, but most of the time it's meh. They need to work on it, seriously. Copy WoW from this aspect, I don't care. Noone would care as long as it's quality. Just give us atmospheric music that will give the game a better level of immersion.

Imagine that: on our journey we meet so many different cultures, from Khajiti deserts to Argonian marshes and the great deserts of Redguards. Music is the same. Everywhere.

While exploring the Coldharbour or any other world created by Daedra you get the same music. I think Coldharbour has one (but repetitive and monotonous) track that keeps repeating itself.

While fighting in the lands of Cyrodiil we get the same environmental music. We're supposed to be fighting AN EPIC WAR BETWEEN THREE DIFFERENT FACTIONS while the Imperial city lies in ruins as it was sieged by AN ARMY OF MOLAG BAL.

Music is very, very weak. It's not the devs that produce it anyway. You're drowning in f***** money, Zenimax, 5-10 new tracks would HARDLY harm your wallet.

GIVE US THE FEELS. THE ATMOSPHERE.

Create the music packs and make them purchasable for all I care. Valve did it too for Dota 2. Atleast the money will be well spent and not for some ridiculous mini pets with no function whatsoever.

Hell, here's an IDEA how to do it for FREE:

Organize a CONTEST where people who play your game would compete in creating music for ESO and winners would be rewarded by having their music implemented in the game. There's a lot of quality fan music on YouTube already. I bet people would be quick to respond with their creations.

Just like those drawing and writing contests you've been organizing even since the game came out.
