Redguards in Ebonheart

Hello everyone,
I was wondering if there are any groups of Redguards in Ebonheart (not just in roleplay, but actual quests-families, etc.). I've been wanting to go to Ebonheart as a Redguard, but simply going there as a mercenary wouldn't be the type of role I would want to play. So, I guess throwing ideas around and actual redguard NPCs would help push my decision. I'm an EXTREMELY fickle person, lol.
