With the recent claims of members and guild leaders regarding users who abuse the removal of objects from guild bank, it occurred to me the following.
That all objects removed from guild bank obtain the status of ¨pending approval¨.
In this condition the items can not be sold, destroyed or transferred until the guild leader check and approval.
If the withdrawal is not approved, all objects will return to the guild bank or a corrective action will take place.
Objects in period of approval may be used by the user who retire from guild bank.
Consumed recipes in approval period will be removed from the list unless take approved status and return to guild bank.
Profession materials that are consumed and not be approved in time will be automatically replenished when the user returns to possessing a same quantity and type and put in the guild bank.
The approval period could be 24 hours, giving enough time for those responsible for controlling extractions, if not checked at that trial period automatically the status of pending are removed and objects become legitimately acquired.
It's just a superficial idea of what could be done and I think that creates a stronger commitment from its members either those using the brotherhood and those who should administer it.
This could also encourage the creation of more and diverse brotherhoods with a smaller number of members instead of having massive fraternities where the treatment is usually inpersonal by the large number of members and no one comes to know well.
More small Fraternities allow better control, greater commitment and creating closer ties among its members.
Another simpler option would be possible to differentiate the types of objects to be removed by range of prestige in the brotherhood, but it would be automatic and of low participation.
