The problem here isn`t your player`s PC or network. EVERYONE is lagging. What about instead of designing vanity pets to make money off of idiots you start fixing your game?
Multiple passives arent working in PvP, Scaled PvP is messed up, Massive lag... update your network and get better programmers its not hard.
