Charging maneuvers not granting speed buff after morph??

So I morphed the support ability to Charging Maneuvers, after morphing I no longer get the speed buff. My group members were receiving it but not me. I tried reloading my ui, and re launching the game and it simply is not working on me.

This happen to anyone else?

Which morph? I use Retreating Maneuver all the time and it works.

I got the <<1>> error after and had to reboot my pc to get anything to work so after I recovered from that it worked, but after the morph it wasnt working on me at all.
