Very frequent crashing on Win7 x64

Only started happening since Update 6, most of the time the game is fine except in major cities, such as Mournhold, Riften, Belkarth, etc. I'm usually on my horse and riding through the city when it happens. This last hour it happened 6 times in Belkarth. The game completely freezes up (no error or submit report popup) and I have to ctrl-alt-del and end eso.exe in task manager each time. Is there any solution to this? My PC specs are as follows:

MSI z68a-gd65 mobo
Intel i7 2600k @ 4.2ghz
16gb ddr3 ram @ 1600mhz
GeForce GTX 770 OC 4gb
Windows 7 x64 Ultimate

Have you tried to turn off the overclocking to see if that helps?

Does happen on more than one character int he same locations? Any different behaviour in other places?

Pretty sure it happens on both my characters, and it's only in the major cities.

Do you have an SSD or normal HDD? If you have normal HDD, you should try defragmentation.
Also try to clean registry with CCleaner.

Try lowering your graphics settings in the game as well as changing the following in the usersettings.txt file

Locate your UserSettings.txt file

Locate the following strings, which may have a different number at the end, and make sure you change them to the following:

SET RequestedNumJobThreads "0"
SET RequestedNumWorkerThreads "0"

Save, and try again to see if it helps!
