Most of us think that it will take Zenimax more than two years to fix the lag. If this is truly the case, will you quit ESO?

No, I will not quit ESO regardless of lag.

I don't lag often and when I do I just wait a little bit and let it pass, but I'm sure it is a lot worse for others.
Depending on severity, I don't see this to be the reason people would quit over other issues.

The lag is not a problem for my style of play, so no.

Currently for me, TESO + LAG is better than any other game on the market.

Improve the problem of LAG can take little, a lot or never but I'm sure that will not be the reason why stop playing (and they know it, shhhh ...)

I won't quit ESO. PvP is to much fun, regardless of lag.

I stopped subbing though. No need to sub for a game with no clear road ahead and a laggy PvP server. But for free it's not that bad. Although I seen f2p games with more people on screen and less lag.

Lags mostly occure in PvP, i dont play pvp since its too much boring for me here with AvA style madness 200vs200, so no, no lags for me.

Short answer is: no, I won't quit.

Long answer is: I don't really experience the amount of lag a lot of people complain about in PvE and I don't PVP. (knock on wood). However, I have very limited time to play this game due to RL obligations- hypothetically, if I had severe lag every time I could log on.. to be honest, yeah I would probably stop playing ESO in favour of a game I don't lag in. I can understand why people who experience terminal lag get frustrated.

i have not experienced the lag either. not the constant lag anyway. a little here and there but all online games have that due to, well, being online.....

(disclaimer, i am not saying that others are not experiencing game breaking lag)

I occasionally get a lag spike in PvE, but it passes. Every MMO I have ever played had lag spikes....the interwebs isn't perfect.

First of all, wath do u call a "lag"? 100ms? 200ms? 300ms? Or the bad netcode/Dmgcalc in cyrodiil that caus the lag there?
I have a Internetconnection about 2mb up and 0,25mb down, i have a regular ping from 250 up to 350. But it is gamebraking for me? No, i do my dayli Gold/ DSA vet and other Trials. So "lag" ist just a matter of the point of view.

since the lagg blob on thorn was at it again last evening... I just got so tired of it, left Cyro, turned of the game and started up ... GW2... been over a yer since I played that, (havent played it since ESO pre release started) ...

My view:
No I won't quit right now, as the lag I experience is minimal, it only happens in the bigger cities where most players congregate.
Outside of those cities I have barely any lag.

However I will add that I do not participate in PvP, so I haven't experienced the severity of that yet. I plan to eventually so my mind may change yet.
I would like to add that I am not subbed to the game, as I don't think the content is worth a sub fee in it's current state. A fun game, but not warranting a subscription fee.
So no, I won't be quitting due to lag any time soon.

In an alternate universe, it's highly likely that the lag is intentional; this is intended in order to distract people from the huge, skeleton under the floorboards -

and the entire skeletal family hidden in the wall -

• Acquisition of items, RNG dependence and you, the big inconvenience, VICE special

Let players acquire items with the security that they'll definitely be able to acquire them within this lifetime.

This is not a Korean MMO where you have to spend thousands of hours to get your class Artifact + Relic gear.

as annoying as the lag is, i've been through worse (new lightning effects 1fps fun, crash to desktop every 5 minutes). if i didn't quit back then, i guess the addition is too bad already, anyway ^^

I vote for the missing option - I have no significant lag and the occasional very slight delay in mail attachments appearing or people appearing when I enter a bank are really neither here nor there. I'm staying put, and very happily so.

I have done silver + gold and done everything EXCEPT group dungeons and I don't do trials so....

..nice choice really.

Scratching my arse at the moment.
Waiting for the LAG is FIXED post from the devs.

Guess the game is over for me other than toying around with armour sets to see how badly I can exploit the system....pointless....as I cant do thee remaining content anyway
