Going to Pre-order Console limited edition- Didnt make account transfer cut off am I screwed?

If I am going to put down a couple hundred bucks on this preorder am I going to be stuck making a new account from scratch.
Is there any plans to sell an account transfer for players who payed for the console game full price and missed the cutoff?

Right now all we can do is wait until June.
I do qualify for the PC to console transfer so based off the support pages and forum ZOS replies, there are no plans to extend this at this time.

Also considering ZOS hasn't extended any offers once stated....I wouldn't surprise me if its not extended.
Sony and Xbox loose out of a lot of $ as well as ZOS by extending it.

I just checked my billing details and it looks like I purchased 15 days before cutoff so I'll quit my bellyaching since I made it before cutoff lol.
