✭Once you see the pattern that no matter how hard to you farm for the pages, you only ever get a max of 1 per hour. You will see the randomize is not so random and instead of farming hard out, you change to just popping in the instance for 5 mins once per hour and get the same number of pages.2 -

Just clear the containers in one Dwemer delve once per hour and you should get 1 page per hour/run. (some times you will get a random purple motif instead)

At this point it's easy to get all the pages, I doubt it's even worth trying to sell/buy the whole book.
Maybe they made it a little too rare.

✭I like to carry extra rare motifs and if I loot a chest/container just before someone else, I then post in say a link to the rare motif I am carrying and pretend that I just looted it to see if they react. Some players really go off!
Best was I looted three containers in a row, 1 second before this random guy and each time posted a link to a different rare motif I looted. He then followed me for 15 mins swinging his sword at me. I laugh so hard I fell out of my chair.

✭✭✭✭✭I ran Aldunz once every two hours on off-peak hours, then switched to an alt doing Bthzark. After two weeks had 31 pages and one complete set.
Yeah, the duplicate pages are what are going to drive you mad.
I found three pages outside the ruins, two outside Aldunz and one in a tiny jar in the sand between Bthzark's exit and entry. So don't discount those just because they aren't inside the ruins.
Just remember you have to be Metalworking 9 to apply them to your character. Luckily, Dwemer Frame is a style material and not the building material. So you'll only need one per item.signing off0 -
