Fog of War! Is there any chance to get it out of the Game?

Hello and sorry for my bad english, it is not my mothertounge!
In every Elder Scrolls game since Morrowind i liked one case much. The view over the landscape! I loved it in Oblivion, to look down to the white gold tower in the imperial city, for example.
But in ESO i can only look 100 meter and than comes the fog of doom for my eyes.
Is there an chance to get this away? My distance of view is 100 the most that i can choose.
