1) Refreshing Shadows (Nightblade Passive from the Shadow tree).It's stacked with potions.Proof

P.S. For 1 and 2.It's should stack for both or not stack for both.
3)Hawk's eye rings add weapon dmg for each ring.100% bugged

Working as intended.
Don't expect to see anything done for another year or so.

i dont see any buggs in 1st two cases. Refreshing path is pasive not major or minor buf, pots give you major endurance buff then its clea they stack. At templar "bugg" activate radiant aura give you major endurance buff, use potions give you major endurance buff, tw major buffs dont stack.

Its working right.

it's passive.But after 1.6. all buffs-debuffs become major and minor.And 30% way OP for passive

Some NPCs will duplicate when meeting them the first time or going to them after certain requirements are met.
