Where can I find Frost Mirriam? Can i get them with the hireling passive only?

✭✭✭✭✭I don't get this stuff as often with the hirelings, but I do get them with Writs fairly often. However certainly not enough to support say a Provisioner making Foods for sale.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
