is like... 18,000g and I'm now a serial killer in the game... but just realized how long it takes for bounty to go down...

Any faster ways to get my bounty to go down besides paying the fines?

nope pay the fines or live the thug life. The bounty will degrade around 300 gold or so per day so its not a super horrible wait anyhow.

One of my guildies is just below a million bounty. I've informed him that if they ever fully implement the justice system and we get a portion of the bounty, we will hunt him down across all of tamriel.

Ahahaaa... I can imagine it now, as soon as that one logs in after the PvP justice system implementation, a flurry of cries will sound through guild chat... "Stop right there, criminal skum" they shall shout, and descend to the location to hunt down the evildoer, over and over and over again, until the villain has finally learned the error of their ways and become an evildon'ter...

i think you lose about 5k of bounty per day(24 hour).. so it might take you 3 days.. another way is to spend some skill point it could decrease your paid bounty by 40% at max..
