what to do while waiting for bounty to melt?

Anyway, if you are waiting for the bounty to disappear --- work on an alt? Or pay your bounty (whether it be to the Fence or Guard).

I only steal and fence my stuff at the end of the night. 4k bounty is gone by the morning.

You're not "stuck" anywhere. Either pay your bounty or go play somewhere outside of a city.

Guys, thanks for the reply~~ in the end i went to sleep and hopefully everything has solved itself.. though the new question is what to do while waiting for patch note? XD nevermind ill sleep some more

True, but am too cheap to use fast travel XD plus ill lose money if i do that

havne't unlock coldharbour yet XD not sure about cyrodiil.. i might be too low for all that pvp stuff

if i pay bounty ill lose everything i stolen..plus an additional fine.. T_T there are three guard outside the door i doubt i could escape..

If you are level 10, you can go to Cyrodiil and the Justice System doesn't apply there.

And from the gate there, you can port to a wayshrine that's out of town in whatever zone you want to be in and do some questing/dungeon crawling while you wait.

If you pay the bounty to your fence, you won't lose any stolen goods.

Teleport to a wayshrine if there are guards outside the door and get to a hideout.

It doesn't cost anything to travel to a guild member. I'm not sure if Caldwell zones or Craglorn are available this way, but if you find a player in guild roster where you want to be, R-click and select Travel to player, within your own alliance. I do this all the time. Used to be great add-on that took advantage of this, but it's broken (Luminary Teleporter).
