Here is some of my PVE experience since 2.0 that was never happened pre 2.0...
Unable to dismount from horse or interact with anything
1 second freeze on any incoming XP (FPS at 100 and Latency at 80-90)
NPCs just completely missing (did happen at launch for me)
quest entrance not there (had to enter a basement, the icon showing the quest was in there showed up but not the basement entrance)
PVE lag spikes
This was all through the week and weekend and made for a pretty *** experience. But, hurry and get those pets on the shelf cause that is what is important. I know they are completely different departments but its a perception thing and ZOS has failed at that from the start.
