More realistic environment

First of all, this is not a priority.

Second, this is only a suggestion, which is subject to change, opinions and criticisms and their implementation only depends on the final decision of ZOS.

The idea that I pot here is to improve the interaction between the different structures of the world and our actions in combat. Personally, I like when hitting a stone wall with a weapon or shield a metal noise is heard and see the subtle detachment of sparks.

Or hitting wood, noise is heard with evolution of wood chips. They could also add some elements that in contact with an impact breakage, as urns and boxes.

This would make a little more realistic combat in a closed place where more care and strategy on attack position should be taken.

I miss the floors with fuel and hanging lamps from one moment to another generated impressive fires.

The other would give greater prominence to the effect of noise and its ability to attract enemies.

Create an environment that generates more sound and that they capture the attention of distant enemies can do confrontations more challenging regarding strategies to consider.

not happening.. they would have to rewrite their sound engine and i doubt they would

This is a certainty or a presumption?

I ask because I am no expert on programming video games.

No, actually their sound system already includes situational awareness. They could do this, but it wouldn't be easy. They'd have to attach a material type to every object the player can touch, indicating which noise should play when it's struck.

What ESO really needs is an Auction Horse.
    That's right... Horse.

In an MMO this type of detail will only add to complexity and lag, this game is already huge because of the graphics (and voice overs), and some people would like less realistic environments for reliability and balance. If they made a single player of ESO as it is right now I would love to have better graphics and sounds.

It's what I thought, like the sound of the shield when blocking an enemy attack, etc. I honestly would not know how to implement it, but I think as already exists this kind of thing, would like to add more of the same.

The work would be perhaps more complicated to establish the interface between different areas of the world and our weapons.
