Incident: 150404-000152

Could not reply to previous support email for the above Incident# 150404-000152. I keep getting a non deliverable message.

I tried everything in the previous support email and i am still having the character freeze randomly. I cannot do anything but move for about 30 seconds. All skills stay blacked out and I just take a beating and can run. It has happened twice in 30 minutes. Disabled all add-ons as well with the same results.

Can someone from the support team update this incident?

Sounds frustrating. Is this just on one character or many?

I"m finding myself kind of curious about account vs. character problems. I have a ticket in regarding a problem with one character (7th level bosmer NB) who I cannot get to do the provisioner thing for woodcrafting (she's okay with the consumables trainer).

Odd thing about it, is that I can find her, I can talk to her, but while the audio gives me the "what would you like to train in" options, the display doesn't - just says that she trains others (a general sort of line) and my only choice available is goodbye.

I've been seeing this as a character issue - however not too long ago I did blacksmith training for a character (37 level dunmer sorc) and as she was finishing up the audio said "I can train you for 1 more thing" and the display gave me both other options (clothier & woodworker).

It was the mismatch between audio and visually presented choices that kinda worried me.

I've had slight short-lived problems like you describe where my combat buttons/bar look fine, but none of them will 'work'. I can still do light and heavy attacks and move around, though. Usually going into and out of inventory solves it (no idea why).

I want to say it has happened on 3 of my characters. The last four times it has happened I have been on my Templar leveling him up using Toppling Charge. He will fly towards the enemy and usually miss and he will stay in that pose for 30 seconds or so. Strangest thing! I tried going in to my inventory, skills, attributes, etc. Nothing works.

I'm starting to think it's my Templar skill that might be the issue. I'm going to go back right now and test with my other characters and see if i can recreate it with them.

Your issue sounds a bit strange. You'd think if it wouldn't work for one it wouldn't work for any. 0_o

So you are using a morph that is supposed to stun/off balance your enemies and it's happening to you instead?

You'd think that, but judging from previous experience with this game, this is not the case.

Yeah, it should stun them for 1.5 seconds but i get stunned for 30. lol

Having the same thing on a DK and my other characters. Everything becomes non-interactive and then booted to the log in window.

Cannot execute skills or abilities. Cannot talk to vendor's or interact. Just able to run around.

Can hit ESC and get to the menu but unable to log out or quit the game - have to hard kill the game. All of this started happening with the last patch

Rolled back the nvidia video driver to GEFORCE 341.44 DRIVER and disabled nvidia streaming

Lagginess and non interactive issues seems to be gone but still getting the random boot to the login screen and rollbacks now - be running and all of sudden rolled back to a point in time

Also I had the same experience when I was levelling my Templar 1-50.

Using Aedric spear abilities, in perticular, toppling charge would sometimes cause my character to freeze, stuck in the spear animation and unable to do anything other than walk/run for about 30 seconds, very annoying.
Haven't had the problem since I hit VR, but I do not use toppling charge any more because of the terrible GCD, invasion is much better.

Ok, So it looks like it is just toppling charge for me. I switch between characters so much i think i was going crazy! lol

I just saw someone else talking about this issue in game as well. Seems to be an issue that should be looked into!

So it looks like it's also an issue on my Dragon Knight using Ferocious Leap. Same issue, jumped at an enemy froze with my wings out and stuck in a crouching position until i got killed. Couldn't use any other skills.
