I don't PvE. So I am as well.
Here's a prime example of it being used perfectly (Just skip to 6:50).
Game changer.

I understand they removed "miss chance" and this is why Sparks was removed, but a logical solution to this is just to use the "dodge" chance on the caster. It was practically THE ability that made duel wield worth using. It was a fun skill and took good timing to not burn through your resources, and would love to see it come back.
Thoughts?

stop asking to get stuff back they removed over the entire game ....
It was, hands down the best skill in the game. And nobody used it.

The whole point, I wanted 1.5 to stay, with 1.6-2---- just p2w came :S
It was removed exactly for that reason: you were able to stack opponent miss and player dodge to a point where it was almost impossible to be hit with attacks. Of course that is a bad idea.
They will for sure not bring back a skill that allows you to go up to 60% or 80% dodge after they have painstakingly made sure you can't stack similar effects all over.
What they may do is make it to be another non stackable source of dodge chance, similar magnitude as all other major dodge buffs. No thanks, I prefer the AoE damage reduction over that.
