DK Ardent Flame Inferno ability - How should it work.

Hi,

How should the Ardent Flame Inferno ability work?

The ability description states it is Instant, but I have to press the ability button twice to get it to work. The first time I press the button, it seems to prepare to go off and the ability Icon button changes colour, but nothing else happens. I then need to hit the button again to make the actual ability trigger and produce the flame animation with damage?

So to get the ability to work in any rotation I try, I have been double tapping the button with a slight delay between taps. Is this how the ability should work or am I doing something wrong?

Many thanks for your advice on this one.

Have fun out there.

The skill costs nothing and it's best to leave it on (put it on both bars). I run it on both bars because of the extra weapon and spell crit it gives me. It adds weapon crit after you morph it.......or the other morph (I forget what that one does).

Not sure if this is your issue, sounds like it though: it's a toggle skill, like mage light. Slot it on both bars, and press it once. Youll get a fire ball hovering around you, then you forget about it. Youll get buffed, and itll fire at enemies on its own

Thanks for the replies, there greatly appreciated.

My mistake, I wasn't using the Inferno ability correctly! Oops!

When I originally read the description, I didn't cotton on to the Aura being a toggle on and simply leave on ability. Needless to say, I was pointlessly suffering in my own jocks!

Thanks again for the heads up and tips.

    Have fun out there.
