..about monthly crown points. My understanding was that if one have a sub, then one gets crown points every month for have a sub.

I renew my sub just before ESO went to B2P, thus my sub will end in 2016. I was told by ZOS service, that I will not get any more crown points in spite of me having a sub until my sub is renew in 2016.

I do not understand why that is... Why am I being denied content and still having a sub? Does not subs pay for content?

I dont understand how your sub could be up in 2016. Did you buy a bunch of 60 cards and add them? The max you can buy is 6 months at a time from zenimax directly.

I got several 2 month cards. I have been adding sub time for a while before B2P, just so happens it was built up to 2016.

The problem is the misconception that you get 1500 crowns each month you are subscribed. That's not how it works. At the time your subscription starts or renews you get 1500 crowns for every 30 day period of the subscription that you have paid for.

If you pay for a 30 day subscription, you get 1500 crowns up front, and then no additional crowns for 30 days (unless you buy them).

If you pay for a 60 day subscription, you get 3000 crowns up front, and then no additional crowns for 60 days (unless you buy them).

If you pay for a 90 day subscription, you get 4500 crowns up front, and then no additional crowns for 90 days (unless you buy them).

It works the same for the game time cards.

For each month of game you pay, you will receive 1500 crowns, 1500 multiplied by the number of months you paid and that is the number of crowns that you should have.

The allocation of crowns to your account is not monthly, you will be granted all together at checkout.

30 days in advance: One Time 1500 crowns upon payment.

90 days in advance: One Time 4500 crowns upon payment.

180 days in advance: One Time 9000 crowns upon payment.

On recurring memberships, these amounts will give to your account every time the subscription is renewed.

Membership for 30 days: 1500 crowns every 30 days.
