PRODIGY LIGHT ARMOR PASSIVE BUGGED

There have been a few threads about this, but non have seemed to draw much attention. The prodigy passive does not work. It says when you are wearing a full set of light armor you have increased spell crit, shows up in the UI once you put just 5 pieces on and actually doesn't work at all.
