Guild Recruitment

I can't find anything posted about this on the forums currently, so I'm creating a general discussion about it, hoping to get some feedback.

Personally speaking, I've been recruited into two "dead guilds" (no community, just raising roster numbers and trying to upgrade the guild in general), and I'm looking for other guilds that are a bit more exciting to be a part of as a community. Given the eye-burning sensations which is zone chat (at least at early level zones, I can't speak for higher level zones) it would be nice to have a centralized place where players can find guilds with people of like minds.

Could a forum section or sub-section be created that would serve as a place for guild recruitment? Would anyone else actually read or use that if made available?
