[BUG] Shadow Cloak & morphs can't be used with innocent NPCs targeted

The Nightblade skills Shadow Cloak, Shadowy Disguise, and Dark Cloak cannot be used or activated when an "innocent" NPC is under your targeting reticule if you have turned on Prevent Attacking Innocents in the Gameplay options.
