210 and scrolling issues

So i also get the 210 error frequently. Run as Administrator does not fix it. After starting the launcher several times i get to the Play button.
But after logging in my camera movement with the mouse is not scrolling but jumping like old times 90degree turns. Even tho my FPS says i am at 45-60 all the time.
