How can I get bind on pickup set items?

I want and need all the bind on pickup gear that drops in COA, trials and dailys. The only single way to get this, is to group up with other players.

I can spend hours trying to find group sometimes, and the guilds I am in, doesnt reply to anything. Please dont spam guild commercial in zone chat and promise poor players end game content, when all talking is helping people grind.

When that is said, a new war have started in Tamriel. The zone chat war. DPS lfg, no one sees it because 1 sec later, a copy paste commercial pops up, and take the whole chat. But this is not a problem, since we got group tools, right? Btw, a message board around in cities, where guilds can advertise themself with information, just saying, offer me a job pls and GG.

I finally make a group for AA, but of course have to wait 30 mins for people to get ready. I understand it takes a long time to charge your food and eat your weapons. Finally the AA starts, and I get a freeze screen. Game closes and I cant continue play, because it stand REPAIR instead of PLAY.

I finally found a group that doesnt die on last boss in COA, and really want to do this fantastic awesome dungoen with those players. I fast travel after last boss is done, and get stuck in loading screen. When I finally come back into the game, the group is splitted and I dont remember the names of those I played with.

How is players that only can play 2-3 hours a day, going to get these bind on pickup sets?

I dont want to be negative here, I love and enjoy the game, and I know how much forum community hates negative posts, include myself, but it would be nice if those items could be looted other ways then grouping, especially since grouping is really hard atm. Some of you might not have problem with it, but I am just a little frustrated spending my playtime on everything else but playing. I remember I had troubles getting my craglorn quests done. Now it seams there is more players around for that, and I am happy for you guys I had to wait weeks to get a group that wanted to finish the missing guardian quest, and to get my first nirn item.
